Grant Assistance Services are offered by Flood Zone Correction, Inc. After a building is substantially damaged from a federally declared flood disaster, the owner of the damaged building may have opportunities to apply for grants that would help cover the cost of rebuilding the structure. Alternatively, there may be programs available to sell the land and damaged building to the local municipality or state to eliminate future flood risk and create green space. Flood Zone Correction, Inc. is aware of all grant programs available to victims of federally declared disasters. We can assist the building owner by explaining the options available and then guide the owner through the process of applying for the grant that would enable the owner to implement the desired option.

Grant Assistance Services are offered on either a flat fee per project or an hourly basis. Grant Assistance Services deliver an excellent return on investment, because obtaining grant is very challenging for individual building owners who are not well educated on the programs and options, and obtaining grant funds can make the difference between a profitable or unprofitable redevelopment project.
